6-ROYALTY INCOME:

  when a Global Ambassador’s downline achieve the Global Ambassador rank, he or she gets an additional 2% of income from the total group sales volume of the Global Ambassador and NON-Global Ambassador downline. The income is limited to five Global Ambassador downlines referred to as the first to the fifth generation Global Ambassador.

5-STAIR STEP BONUS:

 the benefit of becoming an executive distributor is the percentage of income commission that he or she derives from the total sales volume of his or her downline

10% Silver Executive (SE) (10 group positional points required to be SE)

20% Gold Executive (GE) (100 group positional point required to be GE)

4-UNI-LEVEL BONUS:

 under this system a distributor can have several levels or downlines. From the product sales of each of he or her downlines, he or she earns five percent(5%) of product points. However a distributor can only earn up to his tenth(10^th) level  and in the case where one level is in-active it considers the next level that is 11^th level and so on.

How does the company CHECKS its system to keep running then?

       Every 5^th matched sale entitles the distributor to a GIFT CHEQUE(GC) for products instead of cash to maintain product sales.

For this system, it is important for the company to maintain a balance in both recruiting new distributors and selling its products . a distributor is not allowed to simply pull numerous recruits in to the business and earn solely on the basis of the number of people he or she sponsors. This is why Alliance in motion global utilizes the “FLUSH-OUT” system. It simply works by allowing only sixteen (16)  matched sales per day, divided eight(8) matched sales for two(2) time intervals or cycles.

16 matched sales per day=(8 matched sales per cycles)  (2 cycles per day)

1^st cycle: 5:00pm-4:59am

2^nd cycle: 5:00am-4:59pm

A distributor is not allowed to credit more than 8 matched sales for each cycle. Entering the 9^th  match within the same cycle will result to a “flush-out” of ALL  the point accrued from the 9^th match and he or she then goes back to zero point. However, the 8 matches sales will not be affected and will be converted to income immediately.

3-MATCHED SALES BONUS:

  this is known as the binary program. Upon becoming a distributor, you can form two(2) sales forces under your account(s), the left sales force and the right sales force.  For each sales force there can be several levels. To earn from this system, each level from the left sales force and each level from the right sales force must have a total of 1200points, which then reflects 2400points when combined. (That is to say one person on your left and one person on your right equals 2400points )  a distributor immediately earns a matched sales bonus of US$33 for every 2400 combined sales  force point(that is to say US$33 for every persons that comes on the left and right sales force whether or not these  persons  are sponsored by them).

1-RETAILING:
